HoYoverse held another stream in which they talked about the upcoming Genshin Impact update – version 3.5 was called “Anemone Breath”. Soon the travelers will continue their search for their twin and go to the festival in Mondstadt. In addition, a scandal erupted in the community related to the voice actor of one of the characters, so HoYoverse had to fire him.

Prayers version 3.5 features the following characters:
Pyro swordsman Dehya (5 stars) – first half of the update. In patch 3.6, the heroine will fall into a standard banner.

Gamers will get to know Daehya better in her Manticore Legends Personal Quest. Part I”. According to its plot, a group of mercenaries, of which Flamemane is a part, will face some problems.
The events of the main storyline will again affect the kingdom of Kaenri’ah destroyed by the cataclysm. In the Archon quest “Caribert”, travelers will learn more about the region, as well as the creation of the Order of the Abyss. They will be accompanied by Dainsleif and Kaya.
The main event of the version will be the Festival of Wind Flowers, which will include three challenges. In one, you need to pop the balls in the labyrinth, in the second you will have to fall into the rhythm of the music, and in the third, you will have to photograph the places in accordance with the description. After completing all the tasks, you will be presented with a four-star two-handed sword “Flower in Armor”. Travelers will also be able to earn primogems, mora, talent books, and more.
The Spice of the West event will return, allowing players to craft spices. You need to add ingredients in a small mini-game. It is important to follow the recipe and throw the ingredients into the mortar in the correct order. Ready-made seasoning should be added to dishes and treated to characters in the Kettle of Serenity in order to make friends with them faster.
The Mold Taming Tournament will return in version 3.5 in a slightly modified form. Now gamers will have to use figures in the form of mushroom-shaped creatures to defeat the Mechanicus – attacking elemental installations. Molds will independently attack the nearest structure, but travelers are free to give them commands.
There will also be a “Crystal Rediscovery” event, in which heroes can combine Transmission Crystals and Receive Crystals to defeat enemies.
Sacred Call of the Seven will unlock the Hot Battle time trial, which will reduce the cost of elemental dice. New cards will also be introduced – Eola, Kokomi and Kujo Saru.
The list of opponents will be replenished with a new Herald of the Abyss with the element of Cryo and another Knight of the Black Serpent.
Anemone Breath in Genshin Impact launches March 1st.
The day before, HoYoverse reported that the English-speaking cast of Genshin Impact is in for a change. The company is parting ways with Elliot Gindi, who voiced the botanist named Tignari. The actor was accused of inappropriate behavior and molestation of minors.
The evidence was gathered by user Matty, a former moderator of Gindi’s Discord and Twitch channels. The lengthy document contains fragments of correspondence in which the actor behaves obscenely. For example, flirting with minors, asking for nude photos, showing sexism, transphobia, and so on. According to phiotan, another moderator, in private messages, Gindi himself admitted to having sexual relations with three girls from the server. He also threatened to kill himself if incriminating information came to light.
The actor later apologized for his behavior to those he harmed. However, he denies that he had sexual intercourse with underage female fans. He stated that he always asked the age of the interlocutors during the correspondence.
When the information became public, fans of the game began to demand that the company fire the actor. A week later, HoYoverse stated that Elliot would no longer play Tignari “due to breach of contract.” Moreover, all existing lines of the character will be re-recorded with a different actor. Who will become the new voice of the forest guard is not yet reported.
